Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash, never in plain text). If you sign up through an email link, we store the email you used.

Connected channels: when you connect a social account, we store the OAuth tokens or app passwords needed to publish on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest and are never shown back to you or anyone else in plain text.

Content you create: drafts, captions, media, schedules, brand settings, and the post history used to build your voice profile.

Performance data: post metrics such as impressions, engagements, and clicks, fetched from the platforms you connect so we can show you analytics.

Usage data: standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to improve the product.

To run the service: generating drafts in your voice, scheduling, publishing to your connected channels, and reporting performance back to you.

To operate AI features: content you submit for generation (for example a URL you scrape or posts used for style analysis) is sent to our AI providers to produce your drafts. We do not use your content to train our own models, and our providers process it under contracts that prohibit training on it.

To bill you: payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Only the vendors required to run JustFeed, each bound by a data processing agreement. The current list, and what each one does, is on the subprocessors page.

We may disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply until you are notified otherwise.

Your data stays in your account for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your content, connected channel credentials, and personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records (for example invoices).

You can disconnect a channel at any time, which revokes and deletes its stored credentials.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@justfeed.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Channel credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
